Had a terrible season last time out, suffering inconsistent performances and seeing lots of coach changes. Because of lack of quality, they failed to collect enough points in most of the fixtures. In particular, a 14-game winless league run was the biggest reason for their disappointing results. They are lucky to be a part of the Super League again after the Turkish FA lifted relegations. Their celebrations did not last long, though, as they had a big problem. Because of their transfer ban, they could not add any new player but, once the issue was resolved, they started to hire some players, but everybody knows that they are a little bit late. So far, they added Erdi Dikmen from the city opponents Keciorengucu and signed Daniel Lukasik on a permanent deal. The backline looks satisfactory, but the midfield and the offence line look very short after some players like Orgill, Scarione, Faty, Michalak, Rivas all left the team. Appointing coach Fuat Capa was a great move, but he was told that a strong squad will be built right after the transfer ban was solved. If the board do not carry out their promises, the fans will probably cause unrest which could lead the coach to resign. First of all, they need to solve their offensive problems as they have been the fewest goal scoring team of the league along with Denizli. It seems like a tough season awaits the capital city side and they are expected to be fighting for survival again.

Target

They need to put a distance between themselves and the relegation zone this time around. In order to do that, they should not think about the cup.
