Antalya managed to leave a very difficult season behind and secured their salvation. During the whole season, they could never achieve stability and had to change their coach three times. It is known that they have signed famous players like Eto’o, Nasri with big wages in the past. Nowadays, they are trying to cope with their big debts. All authoroties believe that the previous executives’ wrong policies are the main reason of today’s bad financial situations. As their preseason camp, they went to Netherlands for eleven days. The fans believe that the new coach Bulent Korkmaz should have not insisted on it while the club are looking for a way-out from the debts. After they returned to the city, some training days were cancelled following the meeting of the board and the coach. Some players still have some unpaid wages. So they wanted the board to pay them, but their answer was not what they wished for. Looking at their current squad, we notice that they are very thin in the offence zone as they only have Doukara up front. Emre Gural and Deniz Kadar left the team in the summer. They need to sign at least two attackers. In the defence line, the fans saw the depatures of Johan Djourou and Sakib Aytac, but the latter was replaced well with Aly Cissokho. Except them, the last season’s backline stayed in the team for now. Last season, they were one of the lowest goalscoring teams. In order to solve this problems, nothing was done yet. Only Serdar Ozkan from Genclerbirligi was signed in. Since he has not been doing well in the recent years, the fans believe that it is not a good signing. Since Vainqueur, Charles, Yekta Kurtulus, Danilo and Zeki Yildirim stayed in the team, they can manage to defend well in some fixtures.
