Following a bad run-in at the end of last season, the board took everything seriously and were very active in the summer in order to change the whole structure of the team. At least one more centre-back should be signed too. In goal, the fans feel comfortable with Muammer Yildirim and now they have Silviu Lung who came from the Romanian League. Up front, Kayseri seem pretty strong as the board added Asamoah Gyan to Umut Bulut and Welliton. In order to feed them, there are many options with Dejan Meleg and Geoffrey Bia signed as attacking midfielders. The squad already had productive wingers such as Deniz Turuc, Guray Vural, Silvestre Varela and Ryan Mendes. In the midfield, the fans will also see some new faces including Fernando Boldrin, Gonzalo Espinoza, Samil Cinaz and Erdal Ozturk as they will see in other departments of the team too. At this point, there is an old question of which Kayseri will turn up. Also...how long will it take them to find their rhythm following so many transfers? No doubt that new coach Marius Sumudica also hopes to find out these answers as soon as possible. If things do not go well or they lose some points at home surprisingly, the club may face a bigger problem than the bad league run because their new coach’s background is risky.
